U.A. Plumbers, Pipefitters & HVAC&R Technicians Local No. 140 was formed and chartered by the U.A. on March 1, 2005, to represent all U.A. members throughout the entire State of Utah -- but the History of the U.A. in the state goes back to March 1890!
To celebrate the U.A.'s more than 136 years in the Beehive State, Local 140 commissioned UNION HISTORIES to produce a History Book detailing the many U.A. locals that have operated in Utah, culminating with the merger of three locals to form Local 140. The local then gifted books to its members.
