Operating Engineers Local 17 has been serving Buffalo and Western New York since 1900, and the local celebrated its 125th Anniversary with a Dinner/Dance Party on November 1, 2025, and the production of a special Local 17 125th Anniversary History Program Book that was gifted to members and guests and a special Local 17 125-Year History Video -- both produced by UNION HISTORIES.
UNION HISTORIES also provided a range of Design Services for the Local 17 event as well as the History Book ... all of which were provided at NO COST to the local as we sold Ads for the History Book and Sponsorships for the Celebration Event, while also earning funds for the local!
