Ever since four United Association locals merged in 1973 to form Local 42, the union plumbers, pipefitters, HVAC techs and welders of North-Central Ohio have been serving their region TOGETHER for the past 50 years! They celebrated that Golden Anniversary with a Member Golf Outing and Dinner/Dance on September 9, 2023, and the production of a special Local 42 50-Year History Book by UNION HISTORIES!
UNION HISTORIES thoroughly researched and put together the Local 42 history, including many interviews with Local 42 Retirees, and we also provided other Event Design Services to Local 42 -- all at NO COST to the local, as we sold advertising and sponsorships for the book and event to fund its production, while also generating additional funds for the local.
