While I.B.E.W. Local No. 242 has been powering the Twin Ports Area of Minnesota’s Arrowhead Region for 50 years, union electricians have been part of the area's history for more than Century -- and the local commemorated that history with a Special Celebration Event & Years-of-Service Pin Ceremony on Saturday, September 19, 2026, and the production of a special Duluth/Twin Ports I.B.E.W. History Program Book produced by UNION HISTORIES.
UNION HISTORIES also provided a range of Design Services for the Local 242 event as well as the History Book ... all of which were provided at NO COST to the local as we sold Ads for the History Book and Sponsorships for the Celebration Event, while also earning funds for the local!
